Brazukas Universe is more than a volleyball club. It’s a space built on pride, connection, and the belief that everyone deserves to feel seen, supported, and welcome — both on and off the court.
The club was founded in 2022 by Welton Vinicius, a Brazilian athlete who moved to the UK in 2016. He came looking for new opportunities and a place where he could truly be accepted for who he was.
Volleyball has always played a central role in Welton’s life. It gave him confidence, purpose, and a strong sense of self. He experienced first-hand how sport can build character and belonging, and he dreamed of offering that same opportunity to others.
From the beginning, his vision was to create a space where people from all walks of life could come together and feel at home. A place where sport builds bridges, not barriers. Where everyone, regardless of background, identity, ability, or circumstance, can feel included, challenged, and inspired.
Since launching, Brazukas has become a vibrant and growing community, recognised not just for its competitive spirit but also for its commitment to inclusion and representation. Whether you're just starting or you've played for years, there's a place for you here.
We train together, grow together, and support each other every step of the way. Always with pride, always as a team.
To make volleyball accessible, inclusive, and empowering for everyone by building a safe and welcoming community where people can grow through sport, find connection, and play with pride.
